Privacy and site information
How this site handles your enquiry.
This notice covers the VMediaBoard website and its contact form, operated by Pixelstorm L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Contact enquiries
The form asks for a work email, an optional organization, a topic and a message. We use these details to review your request and respond to a demonstration, pilot, partnership, investment or privacy enquiry.
Messages are stored in a private site database that only the site owner's authenticated management tools can read. The website does not publish messages or expose a directory of contacts. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to any marketing.
Retention and requests
Initial enquiries expire after 30 days and are cleared from the inbox by a periodic cleanup triggered by site activity. If a discussion develops into a project or a contractual relationship, the information needed for that relationship may be handled separately.
You can ask to access, correct or delete an enquiry by selecting "Privacy request" on the contact form. Include the enquiry reference if you have it. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information before acting on it.
Abuse prevention
The form uses a temporary signed session and request limits. Short-lived keyed hashes of network addresses and email addresses limit repeated submissions; raw network addresses are not saved in the enquiry database. These hashes are pseudonymous security data, not anonymous data. Expired counters are removed during later site activity, in the same cleanup process.
Hosting and technical data
The site uses managed hosting and a Cloudflare database. Hosting providers may process technical request and access data to operate and secure the service. This website adds no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party marketing cookies. The only data kept in your browser is your motion preference, if you set one, and it never leaves your device.
Do not use the form to send passwords, identity documents, confidential source code or sensitive operational information. Hosting is not represented as being restricted to the UAE.
About the illustrations
The pictures on this site are concept renders and interface mock-ups that illustrate production workflows. They do not establish customer relationships, operating facilities, audience figures or third-party endorsements. Interface pictures carry illustrative data. A product demonstration is the right way to assess current capabilities.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. PixelStorm does not claim their endorsement through the examples shown here.
Contact the company
Use the contact form for privacy requests or company enquiries. Your message is sent privately to the company.

Measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and loading performance without cookies and without identifying visitors. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit; declining keeps the site fully usable and your choice is remembered on this device. With that consent, Google Analytics may also use Google signals: aggregated demographics and interests derived from Google users who are signed in and have allowed ads personalisation in their Google account. Google lets you review and delete that data in My Activity. IP addresses are anonymised and the reports never identify a person. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and replays of visits, with anything you type masked before it leaves your browser; it sets cookies only after you accept the banner, and the data is processed by Microsoft under its privacy statement.
