Inquiry Processing & Retention

Our dispatch endpoint requests a corporate email, organization name, discussion category, and project scope. This information is processed strictly to evaluate and respond to demonstration requests, customer pilots, technical partnerships, or investment briefings.

Submitted messages are stored within an encrypted, authenticated database restricted to platform administrators, and routed to our team inbox via Resend acting as our data processor. We do not maintain public directories or share contact details. Form submission does not subscribe you to recurring marketing lists.

Data Retention & User Rights

Standard inquiries expire after 30 days and are purged via automated database hygiene routines. If discussions progress into formal commercial pilots or contractual agreements, records are maintained within appropriate corporate channels.

You maintain the right to access, rectify, or delete your submission by selecting "Privacy Request" in our contact portal, citing your reference ID. Identity verification may be required prior to executing data requests.

Security & Abuse Prevention

Form security employs cryptographically signed sessions, rate-limiting counters, and Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification without tracking across external sites. Transient keyed hashes of IP addresses prevent spamming; raw IP addresses are never committed to the inquiry database. Expired security hashes are cleared automatically.

Cloud Infrastructure & Technical Logs

The platform is served via enterprise cloud hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. System logs process technical headers solely for operational resilience and cybersecurity. This website sets no advertising trackers; performance analytics execute only upon explicit user consent. Browser storage is limited to your motion preferences and cookie choices.

Please do not transmit passwords, government IDs, proprietary source code, or classified operational details via this form. Cloud infrastructure spans international distributed data centers and is not geographically restricted to the UAE.

Telemetry & Performance Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics audits page performance and load latencies without cookies or user fingerprinting. If Google Analytics is enabled, cookies are placed solely after affirmative consent via our banner. When permitted, Google Signals may compile aggregated demographic insights from users who opted into ad personalization (manageable via Google My Activity). IP addresses are masked, and data cannot be resolved to individual identities. Microsoft Clarity, when active under consent, analyzes session interactions (clicks, scrolls, heatmaps); all form inputs are masked client-side before transmission, and data is governed under Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
